Service scope
SUNURA provides software tools for AI transparency workflows, compliance evidence, usage controls, and audit support. Customers remain responsible for their legal interpretation, deployment decisions, and production configuration.
These commercial terms summarize the expected use of SUNURA during evaluation and production planning. Enterprise deployments may require a signed master services agreement.
SUNURA provides software tools for AI transparency workflows, compliance evidence, usage controls, and audit support. Customers remain responsible for their legal interpretation, deployment decisions, and production configuration.
Customers must provide accurate business profile information, lawful data, appropriate disclosure wording, authorized users, valid payment information, and correct production configuration. SUNURA should not be used to hide, mislabel, or launder synthetic or manipulated content.
SUNURA may log registration, login, failed login, billing-access, and administrative access events, including IP address and browser details, to investigate abuse, payment fraud, account misuse, and suspicious onboarding patterns.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the selected subscription or enterprise order. Usage limits, support levels, retention windows, and feature access differ by plan.
SUNURA supports operational compliance work but does not provide legal advice. Customers should review their obligations with qualified counsel before relying on any workflow in production.
These rules explain how SUNURA handles trials, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and reactivation. Stripe processes payments, invoices, and payment methods; SUNURA controls product access according to the rules below.
The Free Trial is for new accounts only. It is a limited evaluation period and is not a reusable production tier. After an account has subscribed to Basic, Pro, or Enterprise, it cannot return to Free Trial status.
A Basic to Pro upgrade is processed immediately through Stripe. Stripe may charge a prorated amount for the remaining billing period. Pro access begins after Stripe confirms the subscription update.
A Pro to Basic downgrade is scheduled for the next billing period. The customer keeps Pro access until the current paid Pro period ends. Basic access starts at the next renewal date.
Cancellation cancels the active paid subscription at the end of the current billing period. Paid access continues until that period ends. Cancellation does not move the account back to Free Trial.
After a paid subscription fully ends, the account becomes billing locked. Users may still sign in to view billing information and reactivate Basic or Pro, but compliance operations are disabled until reactivation.
A billing-locked account can be reactivated by subscribing again to Basic or Pro. Reactivation starts a new paid subscription; it does not restart the Free Trial.
Upgrade invoices may show prorated charges. For example, a customer who first pays for Basic and then upgrades to Pro during the same billing period may see both the original Basic invoice and a separate prorated Pro invoice.
